Three parts, one line.

Writes the controls Flightcrew Six agents, one to each stage of the build. Each works in a worktree of its own. Flightcrew Enforces them AI Traffic Control Checks every prompt and tool call inline, on the machine that makes it. AI Traffic Control Runs them across the fleet AI-TC Enterprise Signs one policy, distributes it to every endpoint and records what each one enforces. AI-TC Enterprise
